Mentoring can be applied for everyone. Due to my experience, my mentoring is more focus for designer, developer, motion, even project manager working in the London market.
It’s something I have been doing for years without putting a name on it. It’s a natural thing for me. I am a good listener and I am the type of person who remember all conversations. This year, after my winter trip in Brazil I came back in London and decided to take it to the next level to help more people.
At some point I decided to do a little workshop at the pub (always a good place to start) with my friends to teach and share my precious tips for their own business. We were 6. It was success with a lot of good feedback. I have been playing the mentor role with them for years and I now decided to take it to the next level.
I always had a bit of an entrepreneur thinking, after nearly 2 years as a perm, I started my own.
Having a mentor is a success secret. You can get industry-specific tips. You will have someone who can take a fresh look at your ideas.
